Founded by Ian Tyrrell (Quantity Surveyor BSc Hons) in 2023 Capax Developments has encapsulated years of valuable experience working in the construction industry, with numerous links to reputable building professionals; a plethora of skilled sub-contractors from groundworkers through to roofing contractors, inclusive of HVAC and M&E specialists with an expansive range of suppliers and supply chain know how.
